Задачи
•Take full ownership of the Reusable KYB product and be accountable for its adoption and success
•Work with B2B customers to understand real-world problems and turn insights into product improvements
•Identify and prioritize initiatives that drive impact on usage, value, and customer outcomes
•Drive product decisions using clear goals, data, and direct customer feedback
•Balance discovery and delivery to build the right capabilities at the right time
•Collaborate with engineering and analytics to ship meaningful, measurable improvements
•Design and align the product roadmap with the broader Reusable team
Требования
•3+ Years of B2B Product Management experience in RegTech, FinTech, Crypto, Digital Identity, or highly regulated software domains
•Proven ability to validate customer problems through direct feedback and translate qualitative insights into measurable product adoption
•Comfortable discussing backend technical concepts, including REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures
•Strong knowledge of the B2B RegTech space, including market trends, competitor mechanics, and customer onboarding friction points
•Able to define a multi-quarter strategic vision and execute daily with engineering to deliver sprint commitments
•Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have: Familiarity with global B2B identity initiatives such as GLEIF, eIDAS 2.0, VASP / Travel Rule, or accredited Reliance KYC/KYB models; hands-on exposure to digital wallet product design, credential management, or decentralized identity models.
