Description
If you communicate fluently in German, can turn complex business requirements into a concrete action plan, and feel confident leading workshops for business partners, we are waiting for your application! In this role, you will use your knowledge of IT project management to guide our German-speaking partners smoothly through the implementation of electronic document exchange systems.
Responsibilities
•Building and maintaining lasting relationships with the client and developing a deeper understanding of their business needs
•Managing IT system implementation projects, with a particular focus on dedicated loyalty platforms for German-speaking clients
•Translating business requirements into specific tasks for project teams
•Managing key project parameters such as scope, schedule, budget, and risk
•Ensuring the quality of collaboration within the team and leading regular project meetings
•Actively supporting the team in resolving current technical and organizational problems
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects
•Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and supporting tools, e.g. Agile (Scrum)
•Initial experience in people management or strong leadership potential
•German language skills that enable fluent spoken and written communication (C1 level)
•English language skills that enable spoken and written communication (B2 level)
•Ability to work in a team and build and maintain good relationships with all project stakeholders
•Ability to make decisions efficiently, resolve project difficulties, and focus on finding new solutions
•Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
•Independence, communication skills, initiative, and a focus on achieving goals
Nice to have
•Training and/or certifications in project management methodologies, e.g. PMP certification
