Tasks
•You are responsible for our large data platform projects and lead them safely and in a structured way from kick-off to go-live.
•You are the beacon for the project team, encourage and challenge its members, and actively shape the project approach.
•You have experience working with intercultural and cross-location teams and create a motivated, data-enthusiastic project team.
•You translate our customers' data-driven roadmap into project components, plan the implementation with a focus on critical dependencies, and set clear priorities.
•You stay in close contact with all relevant stakeholders on the customer side.
•You support our customers as a trusted contact on the way to a suitable, individual data platform.
•You prepare the technical solutions of the architecture and development team so that all of our customers' stakeholders can understand, support, and use them.
Requirements
•You have completed a degree in (business) information technology or an equivalent qualification.
•You are familiar with common architectures and technologies for modern data platforms (data warehouse, data lakehouse, or comparable architectures) and can confidently assess them in a project context.
•You have at least five years of relevant professional experience leading data platform projects and have successfully led such projects several times as fixed-price work packages.
•Through your experience and personality, you enjoy communicating in a way that is appropriate for your audience.
•You confidently use AI tools in your area of expertise, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in making use of AI's potential.
•You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
