Tasks
•Shape digital transformation: You advise insurance brokers on optimizing their processes and IT landscapes.
•Develop core processes: You design and modernize digital business processes across all areas of digitalization (including sales processes, artificial intelligence, BiPRO, broker portals, MVPs, comparison platforms, etc.).
•Design solutions: You develop IT solutions such as broker portals, portfolio, claims and commission systems, or broker systems.
•Facilitate workshops: You prepare and conduct workshops and moderate dialogue with customers.
•Manage projects: You take responsibility for planning, implementing and managing complex IT projects.
•Select technologies: You assess technical options and select suitable tools and frameworks.
Requirements
•Degree: A completed degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a similar field provides the foundation on which you can build with us.
•Consulting experience: You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in IT projects in the insurance sector, IT consulting and software design, with a focus on broker solutions.
•Technical know-how: You are familiar with tools such as UML, Scrum, RUP and CASE tools and use them confidently.
•Interpersonal skills: You impress with your openness, empathy and enjoyment of dialogue with different audiences.
•Commitment: You think conceptually, make clear decisions and find suitable solutions.
•AI competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate their results and support customers and adessi in making use of AI's potential.
•Language skills: Your very good German and good English skills enable you to communicate confidently.
