Задачи
•Represent the Consultant towards the Client, Contractors, and other project participants to ensure project delivery within agreed budget, programme, and quality requirements
•Lead, coordinate, and manage the consultancy team, including progress meetings, reporting, and compliance with Consultant and Client procedures
•Manage contractual and commercial communication with the Client and Contractors, including claims, variations, and change procedures
•Lead the review and approval of Contractor submittals, including materials, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, programmes, and payment applications
•Monitor design quality and propose improvements and Value Engineering solutions
•Monitor and control the quality of executed works on site, including preparing and issuing NCRs
•Review Contractor reports and prepare regular Consultant progress and cost reports
•Organise tenders for specialist subcontractors and perform duties related to FIDIC Engineer
Требования
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably on high-end residential, mixed-use, or similar complex building projects
•Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Serbia
•Strong experience and knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract
•Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering or Architecture
•Fluent English
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organisational, leadership, team, and time-management skills
•Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera
•Nice to have: MSc
