In short

Program Manager role at Salesforce's CSM/CRM Center of Excellence team, coordinating priority programs like the Signature Trial Program and Release Readiness Overview deck. Requires program coordination or business operations experience, strong attention to detail, and working knowledge of Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.

About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together.
Position Description
For customers who want to get the most value from Salesforce with an enterprise experience and proactive, expert support, Signature Success provides a deeper level of partnership, timely insights, and resources to help them achieve their goals.
The CSM/CRM Center of Excellence team supports the CSM/Customer Risk Management (CRM) organization by helping coordinate key initiatives, maintaining operational rigor, and partnering across teams to improve the experience for employees and customers. Partners include Offer Management, Cloud Success, the Customer Success COO organization, Sales Strategy, and others.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Program Manager (Level 6) to support the execution of priority programs and recurring business deliverables. Reporting to the Senior Director, Programs & Governance, this individual contributor will help organize workstreams, track progress, develop clear materials, and coordinate with partners to keep projects moving. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong senior-analyst-level program coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills who is looking to grow their experience.
Initial Program Focus
•Signature Trial Program: Help coordinate the Signature trial program by maintaining plans and trackers, organizing stakeholder meetings and follow-ups, tracking trial activities and milestones, collecting updates and feedback, and preparing concise status reporting. Work with program owners and cross-functional partners to surface open questions, dependencies, or risks and support timely next steps. The role supports orchestration and execution of the program rather than independently setting its overall strategy.
•Release Readiness Overview: Support the development and ongoing coordination of the release readiness overview deck. Gather inputs from relevant teams, maintain timelines and version control, help organize and synthesize content into clear slides, follow up on outstanding contributions, and assist with review and publication cycles. Help ensure information is accurate, consistent, and ready for stakeholder use.
Beyond these initial priorities, the Program Manager will take on additional projects, reporting, operational coordination, and special assignments as team needs evolve.
Responsibilities
•Support the day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned programs, including the Signature trial program and release readiness overview.
•Maintain project plans, action logs, milestones, schedules, and status trackers to help teams stay organized and on time.
•Coordinate meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with partners on agreed deliverables.
•Gather, validate, and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders for program updates and leadership materials.
•Build and refresh clear, accurate Google Slides presentations, including the release readiness overview deck.
•Track basic program metrics, participation, feedback, and progress; identify trends or gaps for discussion with program leads.
•Flag risks, blockers, or conflicting information early and help coordinate follow-up or escalation.
•Support consistent communications, documentation, and process improvements across workstreams.
•Assist with operational questions and ad hoc analysis by researching issues, organizing findings, and recommending practical next steps.
•Contribute to other Account Success projects and priorities as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
•Experience in a program coordination, project support, business operations, analyst, or similar role.
•Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
•Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize updates and ask clear questions.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and build dependable working relationships.
•Comfort organizing information, maintaining trackers, and turning inputs into useful summaries or presentations.
•Working knowledge of Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs, or comparable productivity tools.
•Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and seek input when needed.
•Willingness to learn new business processes and work effectively when priorities or requirements change.
•A proactive, curious, service-oriented mindset and openness to feedback and coaching.
Other Skills / Preferred Qualifications
•Familiarity with Salesforce products, Signature Success, or Customer Success organizations is a plus, but not required.
•Experience coordinating trials, pilots, launches, enablement, or release readiness activities is helpful.
•Familiarity with Slack, CRM systems, project-tracking tools, and basic reporting is a plus.
