•5+ Years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for high-traffic content platforms
•Experience handling large-scale entertainment or learning content, ideally with over 1 million daily active users
•Experience managing cross-platform products across web and mobile
•Experience leading cross-functional teams
•Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
•Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user value, business impact, and execution
•Solid understanding of market dynamics, user behavior, and customer needs
•Experience using AI-powered tools for product management processes, research, prioritization, and team productivity
•Ability to work in a T-shaped environment and collaborate effectively across disciplines while contributing deep product expertise
•Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
•Strong communication and leadership skills
•Nice to have: Experience playing a musical instrument
