What you will do
•Own the product side of an internal infrastructure initiative that powers communications products, translating business and engineering needs into requirements and milestones.
•Run sprint planning and prioritization, maintain visibility into scope, status, risks, blockers, and decisions, and establish Definitions of Done.
•Identify opportunities for AI-powered customer-facing features and drive them from discovery and scope definition through launch.
•Define AI quality metrics, including evaluations and error-rate measurement for AI agents.
•Translate AI capabilities into customer-facing value propositions and define success metrics focused on adoption, conversion, and retention.
•Coordinate stakeholders, improve product-engineering workflows, and present strategy and status updates to leadership.
Requirements
•4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, including at least 2 years focused on AI or ML-powered products.
•Background in B2B SaaS, ideally in communications, contact centers, or enterprise software.
•Experience working closely with engineering on platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling products.
•Experience building a product or feature from scratch.
•Hands-on experience measuring AI quality through evaluations and AI agent error-rate tracking.
•Strong technical fluency with APIs, LLMs, and system integrations; coding is not required.
•Ability to define scope, write clear requirements, and hold teams accountable for delivery.
•Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
•Fluent English and confidence presenting to leadership.
•Ability to work with overlap in European time zones.
Nice to have
•Spanish language skills, particularly for navigating the LATAM market.
•Experience with CCaaS or UCaaS platforms such as Five9, Talkdesk, Genesys, or similar.
•Experience optimizing agile ceremonies, cross-functional issue tracking, and workflow tooling.
