Role Summary
Lead the strategy, governance and delivery of AI and Generative AI initiatives across the organization. Lead AI Analysts and Copilot Studio Developers while ensuring business value, compliance and responsible AI practices.

We partner with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
•7+ years in AI, automation or digital transformation
•Banking, shared services or BPO experience preferred
•Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI governance
•Experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
•Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills
