What you will do
•Own the full software development lifecycle, from business requirements and coding through deployment and maintenance.
•Collaborate with engineering teams across Europe and the USA, business stakeholders, and product planning teams.
•Build and maintain high-performing, scalable, and resilient web-based applications and services.
•Contribute to product planning and sprint backlog meetings.
•Maintain technical design, architecture, and troubleshooting documentation.
•Evaluate new technologies and approaches using a technology-agnostic mindset.
Requirements
•5+ years of production experience with Java.
•Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Data.
•Strong experience with microservices architecture.
•Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Maven.
•Proficiency with relational databases, particularly MySQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
•Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
•Experience with MongoDB.
•Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud provisioning tools such as CDKTF or AWS CDK.
