About the Role
You will own assigned products end to end as a technical partner. You will identify operational gaps, prepare teams for launches, create documentation and training, analyze customer feedback, improve cross-functional workflows, and define support strategies from testing through general availability.
Requirements
•Write clear, structured documentation for technical partners and senior decision-makers
•Use SQL to pull, join, and analyze operational metrics
•Have experience in technical support, solutions engineering, implementation, or product enablement
•Solve problems independently in ambiguous environments
•Build cross-functional relationships and influence change using data and clear reasoning
Responsibilities
•Drive product launch readiness by identifying and resolving documentation, tooling, and process gaps
•Build step-by-step guides, troubleshooting workflows, and training materials for customer-facing teams
•Analyze frontline feedback and operational data to quantify customer pain points
•Represent customer needs to Product Managers and inform the product roadmap
•Fix tooling and process bottlenecks across departments
•Define end-to-end support strategies from early testing through general availability

Salary: $131K - $163K
