International fintech holding Quadcode is looking for a Product Manager for the Clients Experience team who will be in charge of the Trader loyalty program.

Work format: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the office. Remote is negotiable

•Direct impact on key metrics: CR to FTD, LTV, Retention, Revenue

What's important:
•Proven experience in Trading, Brokerage or Financial Markets and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have)
•Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success
•Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests
•Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces
•Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data
•Ability to find balance between user value and product economics
•Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language
•English from Upper Intermediate level
