Задачи
•Analyze market trends, product development, sales and profitability dependencies, sales plans, customer needs, pricing boundaries, product roadmaps, and competitor pricing and activities
•Develop marketing strategies, profitability and return forecasts, and promotion and sales plans
•Implement strategies with account managers through customer meetings, presentations, technical support sessions, problem solving, and advertising campaigns
•Recommend ways to occupy and retain target market segments and predict supply and demand fluctuations
•Recommend channels and sales conditions for products and product groups
•Track stock and analyze competitors' product supply
•Plan, control, coordinate, and monitor the realization of products and product groups
•Budget and analyze and forecast return on investment in new products
•Participate in developing and implementing presentation and marketing plans for new and existing products and distribution channels
•Test new products on the market
•Consult account managers and Field Force
•Ensure targeted budgets, planned sales volumes, and profit for assigned products are achieved within the agreed period
•Maintain contact with organization and distributor directors and analyze service quality
•Register prescribed reports and other working documents accurately and on time
Требования
•Advanced knowledge of Excel
•3 or more years of experience in Sales, Sales analytics, or a related area
•Degree in Business, Economics, or Analytics
•Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian
•Smart, hardworking, detail-oriented, accurate, a team player, and able to work under stress
•Nice to have: Knowledge of the consumer electronics market
