Responsibilities
•Identify problems and opportunities in the product area using product data, user research, support signals, and competitor analysis
•Turn insights into strategic bets with clear hypotheses, expected impact, and success metrics
•Define buildable scope with a dedicated designer, analyst, and tech lead
•Set and communicate the vision and roadmap for the product area, aligned with NordVPN's wider strategy
•Coordinate execution across mobile, desktop, and backend teams
•Own UX quality with design, shaping user flows as well as requirements
•Measure impact after release, share learnings, and adjust, double down on, or stop bets
•Provide domain clarity, context, and decisions to the team and stakeholders
•Partner with research, growth, marketing, analytics, legal, security, and other product teams to drive aligned outcomes
•Communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs
Requirements
•Proven experience owning a consumer B2C digital product or a significant part of one, with achieved outcomes
•Think strategically and turn business goals into clear product decisions
•Use data to define metrics, structure experiments, interpret results, and investigate trends
•Demonstrate product and UX judgment and provide constructive design feedback
•Build proof of concepts and discuss APIs, data handling, platform constraints, and delivery trade-offs with engineers
•Ship work through influence across multiple teams and platforms
•Stay aware of the competitive landscape
•Take ownership of business results as well as delivery
