About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and adoption of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities in Europe. You will be responsible for identifying business needs and implementing specific use cases, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, Loyalty, Data, and Technology. This hybrid role is based in Warsaw and offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance customer understanding and personalization strategies. Responsibilities
•Defining and developing use cases related to customer understanding, audience creation, personalization, and customer activation
•Translating business capabilities into concrete product initiatives and defining business outcomes, scope, MVP, and success metrics
•Prioritizing use cases based on business value and feasibility
•Coordinating with business, technology, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
•Managing dependencies, risks, and decisions related to project delivery
•Driving initiatives from ideation/use case to implementation, ensuring stakeholder management throughout the process
Requirements
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the areas of CDP, CRM, Loyalty, Personalization, or MarTech
•Proven experience in leading initiatives from concept to implementation
•Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect business, marketing, data, and IT perspectives
•Advanced level of English and Polish
•Residency in Poland
•Openness to work in the office 3 days a week in Warsaw
Nice to Have
•Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or RTCDP is a significant advantage
•Familiarity with agile methodologies
