Description
We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join a team responsible for developing and evolving a large-scale mobile product used by customers across multiple European markets. You will have a real impact on the technical direction of the application, contribute to architectural and development decisions, and help improve engineering practices. The role combines hands-on Android development with close cooperation across functions and a strong focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and enhance native Android application features with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability
•Write well-tested code and actively contribute to technical and architectural decisions
•Review code and support consistent engineering standards and development best practices
•Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design and delivery of new functionalities
•Refactor and improve existing solutions to strengthen application architecture and code quality
•Explore and introduce technologies and development approaches that can improve engineering efficiency
Requirements
•At least 6 years of professional experience in Android development, with strong hands-on skills in Kotlin and Java
•Practical, hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
•Solid understanding of mobile architecture and software design principles, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID
•Experience with CI/CD processes and good working knowledge of Git
•Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design, combined with experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
•Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
•Current residence in Poland
