About Qogita
Qogita is a fast-growing European startup building an operating system for modern wholesale. Its platform replaces traditional wholesale supply chains with a self-learning system that connects buyers, sellers, demand forecasting, and logistics. Founded in early 2021, the company operates globally.
Responsibilities
•Own the strategy, specifications, and outcomes for a product area, and be accountable for its metrics
•Evaluate product decisions using economic and operational data, including units, margins, lead times, cash cycles, and failure rates
•Identify workflows to remove before building new screens, fields, or integrations
•Assess whether processes should exist before automating them
•Conduct independent analysis using the warehouse data
•Present metrics, sample sizes, and potential sources of error; revise decisions when data contradicts them
•Observe operations directly by working with operations teams, listening to supplier calls, and reviewing failed orders
•Work directly with engineers, designers, data scientists, and commercial teams to make and ship decisions at pace
Requirements
•At least 5 years of product experience
•A track record of shipping products that measurably moved a metric at a defensible scale, with the ability to explain why they worked
•Strong numerical skills and SQL proficiency; able to estimate outcomes before building
•Understand systems and data models well enough to work effectively with engineers
•Argue for a position and commit to the final decision, including when it differs from your own
•Take ownership of broken areas that have no clear owner
•Use sound judgment about agents doing commercial work with limited supervision and the associated risk model
•Not a fit if you describe your job as gathering requirements or managing stakeholders, need consensus before moving, want a stable roadmap and clear lines of responsibility, prefer being right in retrospectives rather than before a build, or want to be fully remote
Nice to have
•Product experience in marketplaces, eCommerce, logistics, fintech, or another field involving real money and physical operations
•Depth in autonomous procurement and agents, price and supply intelligence, catalogue and trust, or buyer economics
