About the Role
Delivery Hero operates a local delivery platform in over 70 countries, helping customers receive deliveries quickly and easily. Its logistics products support efficient, affordable, and sustainable last-mile delivery for riders, customers, and merchants, including expansion into grocery and retail.
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business value, user needs, and technological advancements
•Drive quarterly and long-term OKRs
•Champion the product vision from discovery through implementation, focusing on data-driven decisions and impactful results
•Analyze data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and continuously improve pricing strategies
•Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, internal users, and stakeholders across global brands to turn complex requirements into product features
•Drive best practices and continuous improvement in time estimation
Requirements
•4+ Years of product management experience delivering complex, data-driven products at scale and achieving tangible results
•Data fluency and experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, or analysts
•Strong analytical mindset and ability to find scalable solutions to complex problems
•Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a cross-functional team, and managing senior stakeholders
•Ability to translate differing business needs into impactful product solutions
•Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning cross-functional global teams
•High autonomy and reliability, ownership of long-term OKRs, and ability to turn complex challenges into clear product plans
Nice to Have
•Last-mile delivery or e-commerce industry experience
•Experience with time estimation machine learning or data science models or products
•A data scientist or data analyst background
