AVIV Group

Product manager for content integrity

In short

This role owns content integrity products for AVIV Group's European property marketplaces (SeLoger, immowelt, Immoweb), deciding how listings are verified, actioned and surfaced to users. It's a senior product management position spanning ML/rules-based detection systems, review tooling and policy enforcement, working closely with engineering, data science and operations. It demands around five years of product management experience with ML or data products and a background in content integrity, trust & safety or marketplace quality.

About the Role
AVIV Group runs some of Europe's largest property marketplaces, including SeLoger, immowelt and Immoweb. Users make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives based on what they see there, and that only works if the content is real, accurate and current. You will own content integrity: the products that decide whether a listing is authentic and compliant, what happens when it isn't, and how that signal steers visibility and liquidity.
Responsibilities
•Set the vision for trustworthy listing content and turn it into a prioritised roadmap, delivered end to end with engineering, data science and operations.
•Own the ML and rules-based systems that catch misleading behaviour and policy violations, including the precision/recall trade-off and the evidence of what the system misses.
•Turn integrity judgements into signals that shape visibility, and decide when to remove, demote, warn or do nothing.
•Own what users are told when content is actioned, how they fix it and how they appeal.
•Own the review tooling, queues and automation that let a small operations team work consistently at volume, and translate written policy into enforceable product logic.
•Define and baseline the domain metrics, then move them, and drive adoption across our country organisations.
Requirements
•Around five years in product management, including ownership of ML or data products where you were accountable for model quality and decision thresholds.
•Experience in content integrity, marketplace quality or trust & safety at a consumer platform or marketplace.
•Work at the boundary of integrity and discovery, using quality or trust signals in search ranking, recommendations or feed visibility.
•A working partnership with policy and moderation operations, such as writing requirements for reviewers, building review tooling or auditing human decisions.
•Strong analytical judgement and clear written English.
Nice to Have
•French or German.
•Familiarity with the EU Digital Services Act or comparable regimes.
•Experience in a central platform model serving several brands or markets.
•An adversarial instinct for how a new feature will be gamed.
