About the Role
Are you passionate about designing user-centered product experiences that create real value for our customers? Then this is the right role for you!
Responsibilities
•You develop thoughtful solutions from the first sketch to the final interface and work closely with Engineering to turn them into high-quality product experiences.
•You identify problems, opportunities, and relevant user needs early, and work with the Product Trio to prioritize what will have the greatest impact on product quality and user experience.
•You design journeys, user flows, and prototypes, and use them strategically to make ideas tangible quickly and validate them in tests.
•You combine qualitative and quantitative insights from research, customer feedback, and product analytics to make well-founded design decisions.
•You work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Brand, and other relevant teams, facilitate sessions, and ensure a shared understanding throughout the process.
•You bring new methods, trends, and technologies into the organization and use AI strategically wherever it can meaningfully accelerate and improve your design process.
Requirements
•You have several years of experience in product design for digital products, ideally in a SaaS environment, and understand how a good user experience and business goals work together.
•You are strong in discovery, identify the right problems, and use research, data, and business context to determine the most valuable opportunities and priorities.
•You are skilled at thinking through solutions visually, structuring them, and developing them further with sketches, flows, prototypes, and tests.
•You work collaboratively, provide clear input, bring together different perspectives, and move topics forward together with various stakeholders.
•You naturally use AI as a tool in your design process and work confidently with tools such as Claude and Figma.
•You think beyond individual screens, contribute to the design system, ways of working, and cross-functional design topics, and actively share new insights with the team.
Nice to have: Experience with Dovetail and Mixpanel is a plus.
