Requirements
•Professional with a minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in UX, Product Design and/or UX/UI Design, as well as a proven track record in large-scale digital companies with high transaction volumes, preferably in eCommerce, marketplaces, retail or digital-first companies
•8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design
•Relevant experience in B2C eCommerce
•Figma, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design
•UX Research, user interviews and user testing
•Knowledge of Analytics, CRO and A/B Testing applied to UX
•Experience in responsive design, desktop and mobile web
•Experience working with Design Systems
•Ability to collaborate with Product, UI, Analytics, Engineering and Testing
•English and Spanish, high level of conversational English
•Senior profile, autonomous and able to challenge and propose improvements
Nice to have
•Experience in large eCommerce companies, marketplaces or digital companies
•International / multi-market experience
•Having worked at agencies with multiple clients
•Experience mentoring designers or potential to progress to UX Lead
Conditions
•Location: Barcelona (3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely)
•Salary band: €42,000
