Описание
We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, data analysis and change management, to participate in corporate and technology projects. The selected person will be responsible for monitoring project finances, analyzing budget variances, preparing progress reports and collaborating with the teams involved in managing scope changes and improving processes. The ability to combine a financial and analytical perspective with knowledge of IT environments, Agile working methodologies and process design will be especially valued.
Задачи
•Financial planning and budget control: preparing cost estimates, financial planning and budget monitoring.
•Cost management: analyzing variances, identifying financial risks and monitoring the financial progress of projects.
•Change Management: applying processes and tools to control scope changes, assess their impact and carry out the corresponding follow-up.
•Data analysis and reporting: collecting, analyzing and interpreting information to prepare reports and support decision-making.
•Report preparation: preparing dashboards and progress reports using Excel, Power BI or other analysis tools.
•Collaboration with IT and business teams: coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure the proper execution and monitoring of activities.
•Process monitoring: identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the optimization of working procedures.
Требования
•At least 5 years of professional experience in roles related to financial planning, budget control, cost management, data analysis or project management.
•Experience in Budgeting & Cost Control, including financial planning, cost estimation and budget monitoring.
•Knowledge of Change Management, including processes and tools for change control and scope change management.
•Experience in Data Analysis & Reporting, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI or other analysis and reporting tools.
•Basic knowledge of IT systems and environments.
•Fluent English, mandatory.
