Responsibilities
•Improve checkout and the post-purchase experience
•Identify reasons users do not complete payments and test hypotheses to simplify the payment journey
•Work with the team to improve AI Chat by finding automation scenarios and assessing resolution quality and business impact
•Research the user journey from ticket creation to resolution, agent performance, and refund decisions
•Forecast support workload, improve the automatic refund model, and identify cost reductions while maintaining service quality
•Help teams select metrics and experiment designs, interpret A/B test results, and automate analysis
•Develop clear, useful payments, billing, and support metrics for decision-making; investigate changes and anomalies
•Identify growth opportunities, estimate initiative impact, and help teams prioritize investments
•Prepare data for AI tools and automate repetitive analysis so colleagues can answer basic questions independently
Requirements
•Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
•Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on A/B testing experience, from hypothesis formation to conclusions and recommendations
•Experience applying AI in analytical work, integrating it into daily tasks, verifying its outputs, and identifying automation opportunities
•Independence, business interest, and the ability to investigate problems, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis to decisions
•Ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues from different backgrounds
•Ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders, clarify priorities, agree on scope and timelines, and justify deprioritization
Nice to have
•Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
•Building AI tools and agents for data analysis
