Joom Marketplace Solutions enables Joom to offer its marketplace solutions to other companies, providing access to sellers' products and managing end-to-end order fulfillment.

•Design architecture
•Program in Go
•Provide fault tolerance for services in an AWS environment
•Prepare for continuous increases in processed and stored data loads and volumes
•Participate in discussions about new features and product development
•Manage and mentor a backend team of 3–6 developers
Требования
•Experience leading and developing a backend team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
•Confident knowledge of at least one of Go, Java, Kotlin, C++, Python, or Scala
•Experience developing complex projects
•Excellent algorithmic skills
•Experience developing for Linux/Unix
•Nice to have: highload experience, MongoDB, Kubernetes
