Responsibilities
•Managing a portfolio of clients: daily F2F meetings with key business partners (restaurants and cafes) in Gdańsk and the Pomeranian voivodeship
•Analyzing partners' sales results and successively implementing optimizations in the offer (e.g. customer discounts, loyalty programs) aimed at increasing profits/number of orders
•Selling additional products and services through cross/up-selling
•Negotiating terms of cooperation with partners and ensuring their uninterrupted availability on the platform/app
•Participating in and supporting ongoing projects related to marketing activities, portal development and tools for clients
•Ensuring high visibility of Pyszne.pl in restaurants through the use of POS materials, selling branded products (e.g. pizza boxes)
•Monitoring the local market and competitor activities to adjust the cooperation strategy
Requirements
•Proven experience in B2B sales, customer service, or business relationship management
•Very good communication and negotiation skills
•Data analysis skills and the ability to present concrete conclusions
•Independence, proactivity and results orientation
•Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written (min. B2)
•Knowledge of the local gastronomic market will be an additional advantage
•Valid category B driving license and willingness to work in the field
