Your tasks
•You develop the client portfolio through active acquisition of companies from a designated segment (revenues from 10 to 80 million PLN per year), you reach decision-makers and present comprehensive financial solutions
•You build a high-value portfolio – focusing both on acquiring new relationships and on developing existing clients
•You talk with clients, listen to their needs and present solutions tailored to their business – from current financing, through liquidity management, to the offer of non-banking products
•You build long-term relationships with clients, focusing on partnership cooperation based on trust
•You are responsible for achieving sales targets in key areas: loans, leasing, factoring, cash management and solutions outside classic banking
•You act as a team - cooperating with product experts, credit analysts and operational teams, and you ensure high quality of the process
Our expectations
•You have experience in financial institutions in a similar position in the SME segment
•You have higher education (preferred economic fields)
•You have experience in active acquisition of new clients
•You actively use a category B driving license
•You can understand your clients and skillfully adapt the offer to their expectations
•You have highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to diagnose, raise awareness of needs and negotiate, as well as practical knowledge of sales techniques
•You can achieve set goals and work in a team
•You are positively oriented, open to people and new challenges
