Description
We are looking for an energetic and organized Online Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries online, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
•Respond to customer inquiries and messages via email, Direct Messages (Instagram/Facebook), and messaging apps promptly and professionally.
•Assist customers with product details, sizing, recommendations, and order placement.
•Process online orders and coordinate with the team for timely packing and dispatch.
•Track order statuses and keep customers updated on delivery details.
•Maintain clean records of daily online sales and inventory updates.
Requirements
•Basic experience or strong interest in online sales, customer service, or social media management.
•Excellent written communication skills in English and Armenian (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
•Comfortable using Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and email platforms.
•Responsible, quick to respond, and detail-oriented.
•Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
