Responsibilities
You are responsible for our lead management, from acquiring new newsletter and app opt-ins and optimizing opt-in journeys to the long-term activation and retention of customers. Together with IT/Frontend, CRO and other teams, you develop new opt-in touchpoints along the customer journey. You plan and manage push campaigns and in-app communication, and strategically develop the mobile channel further in conjunction with email. You contribute technical expertise in SDK integrations, deeplinks and consent management. You are the team's technical point of contact and develop our CRM systems landscape further. You identify opportunities for automation, AI-supported workflows, data logic and tool integrations, and implement them together with IT and BI. You make use of the potential of order confirmations, shipping notifications and account activity messages. Together with IT, you further develop the technical infrastructure, external event trigger journeys, as well as messaging, design and customer experience. You contribute your expertise in interface logic, data transfers and HTML templates. You design and optimize automated email and app journeys throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from welcome to reactivation, and ensure their effectiveness. You independently analyze performance and user behavior with tools such as SAP Emarsys, econda, adjust and Tableau, and derive specific optimization measures from your findings.
Requirements
•You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on (online) marketing, or equivalent training.
•You have several years of experience in CRM or marketing automation, ideally in e-commerce.
•You have independently built email and app automations.
•You are fluent in German, both spoken and written, and are familiar with marketing automation platforms, ideally SAP Emarsys, or alternatively Braze, Klaviyo or comparable tools.
•You understand data models, automated workflows, and interface and API logic, and communicate confidently with IT teams.
•You are also familiar with the legal foundations of consent, GDPR and TTDSG.
•You think in terms of holistic customer journeys, work in a structured way, document carefully and keep track of even complex automation landscapes.
•You challenge the status quo, contribute your own ideas and want to strategically develop our CRM further as part of the team.
•You are interested in e-commerce and our product portfolio, are enthusiastic about data-driven CRM and know how customer communication influences revenue and loyalty.
