About the Role
As Virtuagym continues to grow, we are looking for a new addition to our international Client Success Team. As an Onboarding Consultant in our international Customer Onboarding Team, you are the first point of contact for our customers and guide them on their path to success.
Our headquarters are in the heart of Amsterdam. While we value personal exchange and developing new ideas together, we offer flexible home office options. This is a full-time position that can be carried out fully remotely from Germany. You will work closely with our international teams.
Your Tasks
As an Onboarding Consultant, you play an important role in Virtuagym's growth and development. You build long-term customer relationships in the DACH region and in our international markets and help our customers make the best use of our software. Through your commitment, you contribute daily to customer satisfaction and the continued growth of our customer base.
•A good start is half the battle! You ensure that our new customers benefit from their new software as quickly as possible. You help them successfully integrate the software into their daily business operations, so they can focus on what really matters: making their own customers healthier and happier.
•With your attentive and engaging manner, you address customers' individual needs, advise them specifically, and ensure they become true Virtuagym fans.
•You independently manage your own portfolio of new customers and guide them through the entire onboarding process, supporting and advising them on the software's implementation from A to Z.
•Through dedicated support, personal consulting, and careful follow-up on open issues, you ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.
•In conversations, you quickly identify which topics and challenges matter most to your customers. You set the right priorities and help build long-term customer relationships and strengthen customer loyalty.
Your Responsibilities
•You support our customers during their first months and ensure they successfully use our software and derive real value from it as quickly as possible.
•You ensure a high-quality, well-structured onboarding process tailored to our customers' needs.
•You conduct personal 1:1 consulting conversations and individually support customers in using our software.
•You proactively reach out to customers, keep their goals in view, and ensure these are achieved on time.
What You Bring
•You already have experience communicating with and supporting customers, for example in customer service, call centers, gastronomy, hospitality, or events.
•You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and German (native level). This is a mandatory requirement for the position!
•You find it easy to approach people, make contacts, and build positive relationships.
•You enjoy working independently, taking on responsibility, and feel comfortable in a flexible work environment with plenty of creative freedom and the option to work remotely.
•You are solution-oriented, can empathize well with others, and approach challenges with empathy and commitment.
•You learn quickly, are tech-savvy, and easily familiarize yourself with new software and digital tools.
•You have good organizational skills, can manage your time effectively, and enjoy thinking outside the box.
