About the Position
To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for an Onboarding Agent (m/f/d) to start immediately, who with technical understanding, organizational talent and enjoyment of communication forms the interface between technology, logistics and customer experience. Your Tasks
•Coordinate and carry out installations: You plan, monitor and manage installation processes – from preparation to successful commissioning
•Technical support: You support customers by phone during installations and ensure that our systems run smoothly
•Material logistics: You take care of the timely provision, configuration and shipping of the required devices and systems
•Communication & coordination: You work closely with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Tech, Support) to implement installations efficiently and customer-oriented
•Quality control & follow-up: You document installation processes, check completed projects for quality and are available for follow-up questions
Your Profile
•You have a good technical understanding and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems and tools – ideally you have initial experience with hardware installations, IT systems or technical products
•You have very good communication skills (verbal and written) – both with customers and colleagues
•You think ahead, organize yourself well and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks
•You work in a structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented manner – and are at the same time a team player with a hands-on mentality
•You speak fluent German and should have basic knowledge of English. Languages such as Turkish, Arabic, Vietnamese or others are a plus
