Задачи
•Define and shape Proton's motion vision across product, web, and brand
•Design and animate web experiences, micro-interactions, and product animations that improve the user experience
•Produce high-quality motion and visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, and the website
•Help define Proton's motion design principles, guidelines, and reusable animation systems
•Work independently on end-to-end projects while collaborating with multiple teams across the company
•Create motion and graphic design assets that strengthen Proton's visual identity
•Build performant web animations using modern formats and technologies such as animated SVGs, Lottie, and WebM
Требования
•5+ Years of hands-on experience in graphic design or motion design in an agency or in-house
•Ability to create motion, interaction, and/or animated visuals within a given brand or visual identity
•Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail and no need for constant input
•Ability to articulate design decisions and convey complex ideas effectively
•Proficiency in industry-standard design tools; Figma and Adobe Suite are mandatory
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
•Nice to have: Blender
