Solant is a native, mobile-first AI Chief of Staff for founders and C-level executives. It works across email, chats, calendars, and meetings, bringing fragmented context together and turning it into prepared management moves: an action, a reply, or a decision. The product is in active development and preparing for private beta.
Responsibilities
•Design complex AI systems as simple, intuitive native mobile experiences
•Create distinctive, polished, premium iOS and Android products
•Define UX decisions, the design system, and the visual language
•Think deeply about product logic, states, context, and trust mechanisms in AI
•Work independently without close guidance
•Work directly with the founder and influence both the interface and the product
•Define how a new category of AI products should look and work from the ground up
