Responsibilities
•Lead and own the Mobile QA Automation department (up to 20 engineers), with responsibility for team structure, hiring, performance management, capacity planning, and overall quality and technical direction
•Establish and scale end-to-end mobile test automation processes from scratch, covering: Android — Kaspresso, iOS — XCUITest
•Integrate and optimize automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast and reliable execution
•Collaborate closely with mobile developers, manual QA, DevOps, and product teams
•Analyze test results, manage test stability, and increase test coverage
•Drive continuous improvement of the testing infrastructure, tooling, and automation workflows
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in QA management roles, leading and managing QA automation teams or departments of 10+ engineers
•5+ years of experience in mobile QA automation
•Strong hands-on experience with Android test automation using Kaspresso and iOS test automation using XCUITest
•Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks and test architecture
•Solid understanding of mobile application structure, UI frameworks, and debugging tools
•Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
•Excellent communication skills with proven experience leading and collaborating across large, cross-functional teams and departments
