Задачи:
•Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and support sales growth across local and international markets
•Plan and run marketing campaigns
•Manage social media and digital channels
•Coordinate photo shoots and content creation
•Collaborate with design, sales, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
•Monitor market trends
•Analyze campaign performance
•Manage marketing budgets
•Work with external agencies and partners
•Oversee event marketing, PR activities, and promotional initiatives
Требования:
•Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management
•Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for fashion or luxury brands
•Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans
•Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced creative environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•Nice to have: Proficiency in Azerbaijani and/or Russian, prior experience in fashion, retail, or luxury goods marketing
