Responsibilities
•Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects and consulting clients, aligning strategies with business goals
•Manage brand positioning and coordinate digital and offline marketing activities
•Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to generate leads and support property sales
•Analyze market trends, monitor campaign performance, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations
•Supervise external vendors and creative partners
•Support new project launches and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Requirements
•Develop and execute marketing strategies, including campaign planning, brand management, and market positioning
•Experience in real estate or related industries, with an understanding of property sales cycles, investor needs, and buyer behavior
•Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, email marketing, websites, and basic analytics platforms
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear, persuasive marketing materials and presentations
•Project management abilities, including prioritization, time management, and coordination of cross-functional teams
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•Comfort working on-site in Georgia, with a collaborative approach and commitment to building long-term client relationships
