Задачи
•Develop and implement the Golf Club's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
•Develop and execute campaigns promoting club memberships, golf services, tournaments and events
•Strengthen brand positioning and awareness within the target market
•Identify marketing opportunities to increase audience engagement and membership acquisition
•Plan and manage the marketing budget and monitor expenditure
•Manage and develop the Club's Instagram and TikTok presence
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar
•Coordinate photo and video shoots and oversee content production
•Create and manage promotional, advertising and marketing materials
•Plan, launch and monitor digital advertising and paid media campaigns
•Manage SMM, targeted advertising, PR and influencer marketing activities
•Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns based on results
•Develop and promote golf tournaments, corporate events and client events
•Support the organization and promotion of networking events, presentations and special projects
•Build and maintain relationships with media, advertising agencies, influencers and external creative partners
•Develop joint marketing campaigns and activations with partners and brands
•Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, sponsorships and cross-promotional activities
•Monitor market trends, competitors and target audience behavior
•Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media channels and promotional activities
•Track key marketing performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
•Prepare regular marketing reports and provide recommendations based on performance data
•Work closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads and support club membership growth
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or a related field
•At least 3 years of marketing experience
•Strong practical experience in digital marketing and SMM
•Proven experience independently launching and managing advertising campaigns
•Experience working with external contractors, advertising agencies and influencers
•Experience organizing and promoting events and marketing activations
•Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate marketing performance and ROI across different channels
•Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
•Creative mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
•Upper-Intermediate English or higher
•Fluent Russian and Kazakh
Nice to have: Previous experience in a golf club or sports club, experience in hospitality or the premium/luxury segment.
