Задачи
•Provide insights on local marketing, communication, and entertainment trends, and consumer behavior across CIS markets
•Research local KOLs, trending brands, advertising campaigns, and entertainment trends
•Support the planning and execution of local marketing projects for gaming products
•Collaborate with marketing, community management, User Acquisition, content, agencies, and global teams
•Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business and marketing reports
•Support weekly alignment meetings and coordinate with key stakeholders on content and project planning
•Prepare meeting recaps and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
•Maintain confidentiality and follow security processes for sensitive marketing materials and documents
Требования
•At least 2 years of marketing experience
•Fluent in Russian and English; both are mandatory
•Strong interest in and familiarity with gaming and digital entertainment
•Good understanding of marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or advertising
•Strong communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills
•Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams across different time zones
•Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
•Nice to have: experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or digital marketing
