What you will do
•Oversee daily workplace operations and maintain a functional, welcoming, and productive New York office.
•Manage full-time, temporary, and contract workplace staff, including scheduling, timesheets, and daily work direction.
•Coordinate employees, vendors, building management, Finance, and internal partners to keep workplace services running smoothly.
•Manage workplace budgets, purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and service-provider relationships.
•Maintain building access, safety protocols, compliance processes, and incident-response coordination.
•Lead office moves, space reconfigurations, vendor implementations, and other operational improvement projects.
Requirements
•Experience managing people, including direct reports or contract staff.
•Experience in office operations, workplace management, facilities, or a related field.
•Strong operational, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
•Experience managing budgets, invoices, vendors, and workplace operations in a professional setting.
•Sound judgment and discretion when handling safety, compliance, and sensitive workplace issues.
•Comfort learning and adopting new technologies, including AI tools, to improve operational efficiency.
