What You Can Expect:
Key Responsibilities
— Manage day-to-day Air Freight operations, covering both Air Export and Air Import.
— Lead and supervise the Air Freight team to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
— Drive revenue, shipment volumes, customer retention, and business growth.
— Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and other stakeholders.
— Identify new business opportunities and support the Sales team in customer acquisition.
— Ensure competitive pricing, cost control, and healthy margins.
— Resolve customer and operational escalations effectively and ensure timely closure.
What You Bring:
Key Requirements
— 8–12 years of relevant experience in Air Freight/Freight Forwarding.
— Strong hands-on experience in Air Export and Air Import.
— Proven experience in managing Air Freight operations and teams.
— Good understanding of Air Freight pricing, documentation, processes, and customer requirements.
— Strong commercial and business development orientation.
