Задачи
•Build the CRM strategy and campaign calendar with Product and LiveOps
•Segment players using attributes, in-game events, and behavioral data
•Design and launch welcome, win-back, reactivation, subscription, LiveOps, and sale customer journeys
•Run email, push, and in-app campaigns
•Formulate hypotheses, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and scale winning scenarios
•Measure CRM impact on Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Retention, and Revenue
•Collaborate with Product Managers, Analytics, Design, and Copy to deliver high-quality campaigns
•Coordinate CRM campaign launches and timelines end to end
Требования
•3+ Years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing
•Proven experience with segmentation, automated flows, and customer journeys
•Strong grasp of product and CRM metrics, A/B testing, and campaign analytics
•Intermediate+ English
•Nice to have: gaming or mobile app background, subscription product experience, familiarity with SQL, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, BI tools, Jira, and Confluence
