Responsibilities
•Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktop hardware, operating systems, software, and productivity applications.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, computer systems, telephony, and network-related issues.
•Respond promptly to IT support tickets and call-outs, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
•Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup, account provisioning, access permissions, and hardware installation.
•Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices.
•Provide remote IT support, including VPN connectivity, remote access configuration, and troubleshooting for off-site and travelling employees.
•Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, network connections, and peripheral cabling, ensuring proper cable management.
•Maintain accurate IT documentation, follow internal policies and procedures, and collaborate with the team to provide 24/7 support when required.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in a similar position.
•Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Knowledge in Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
•Fluent in English.
