Responsibilities
•Search for and identify talent in the IT field
•Get to know and support candidates throughout the process
•Build close, lasting relationships
•Work side by side with our Business Managers
•Provide a positive and personal recruitment experience
Requirements
•Experience or interest in IT recruitment
•Fluent English
•Enjoy working and communicating with people
•Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive mindset
•Willingness to learn, grow, and bring new ideas
Nice to Have
•Portuguese is an asset
