Responsibilities
•Taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from gathering requirements to signing a contract with the Candidate
•Actively communicating with all process stakeholders
•Creating reports for the Client
•Sourcing candidates (database, LinkedIn, etc.) and conducting screening
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience in a position related to recruitment
•Excellent knowledge of Polish
•Excellent communication skills
•Independence in action and taking responsibility
•You must be a team player
•English at B2 level or higher
•You must have a passion, something that fascinates you outside work
Conditions

•Base salary of 6,000–9,000 net + VAT on a B2B contract, plus commissions of up to 10% of the value of completed projects
