Responsibilities
•Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for positions in the IT industry
•Recruitment for other industries (sales, finance, etc.)
•Ensuring the proper flow of information at every stage of the recruitment process
•Sourcing and selecting candidates
•Building positive relationships and candidate experience
•Being an expert at every stage of the recruitment process
•Cooperating with and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience in conducting recruitment processes, preferably in an agency
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team
•Taking full responsibility for one's work
•Reliability and punctuality
•Willingness to develop one's skills and competencies, goal orientation and optimism
•A "can-do" attitude (we always look for new solutions and approaches)
•Creative thinking
