Responsibilities
•Actively search for and attract mentors and specialists in programming, data analysis, digital marketing and multimedia fields.
•Assess candidates' professional skills, organize interviews and fully coordinate the interview process.
•Expand and update the candidate base through HeadHunter, Telegram channels and other professional platforms.
•Analyze the effectiveness of candidate attraction and propose improvements to recruiting processes.
•Establish communication between the center and new specialists, conduct negotiations and finalize selection stages.
Requirements
•At least 1 year of experience in recruiting and the ability to independently manage the hiring process.
•Basic understanding of IT fields and ability to communicate professionally with specialists.
•Fluent communication in Uzbek, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
•Good knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools.
•Willingness to learn new things and pursue professional development.
