Responsibilities
•Gather the profile and analyze the job description with the Project Managers
•Post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct first-stage interviews, and support technical interviews with the client, using an ATS and promoting a positive experience at every stage of the process
•Actively search on LinkedIn
•Follow up on the onboarding and integration of all talent
•Participate in client visits, job fairs, and other networking events
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management, or equivalent education (required)
•At least 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment (required)
•Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
•Strong empathy and communication skills
•Good time management and a good pace of work
•Proactivity, a positive outlook, and the ability to analyze in detail
