About the Role
The team leads technology initiatives in the retail environment, focusing on improving SAP solutions and in-store tools to enhance store processes and user experience.
Responsibilities
•Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements are met
•Manage the functional evolution of the SAP Fiori-based store portal
•Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements
•Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external providers
•Track project risks, dependencies, and incidents
•Facilitate working sessions with key users and business teams
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives for retail and operational processes
•Prepare functional documentation, milestone tracking, and executive reporting
•Ensure users adopt implemented solutions
Requirements
•At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
•Functional knowledge of SAP, especially in projects related to business processes and user experience
•Experience with SAP Fiori or similar business-user-oriented solutions
•Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) terminals
•Knowledge of retail processes and store operations
•Experience managing technology providers
•Fluent English, minimum B2–C1, spoken and written
•Service-oriented, comfortable in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders
•Effective stress management and ability to work under pressure
•Excellent communication and internal customer relationship skills
•Ability to conceptualize ideas and turn them into concrete initiatives
•Ability to understand, analyze, and optimize business processes
