About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Lead / Senior System Administrator to join a growing international fintech company and take full ownership of internal IT infrastructure and operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage corporate IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs and office systems
•Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and other SaaS platforms
•Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, IT support and access management
•Oversee endpoint management, MDM solutions and device security
•Implement IT security policies, MFA, SSO and access controls
•Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors and documentation
•Improve and automate internal IT processes
Requirements
•Strong background in System Administration / IT Operations
•Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, MDM, VPNs and corporate networks
•Solid understanding of IT security best practices
•Experience managing SaaS tools and user access
•Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
