We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join a key team working on strategic transformation projects. Responsibilities
•Identify business needs, analyze and optimize processes, and support the design and implementation of digital transformation, data analytics, and AI initiatives.
•Ensure that technology solutions align with corporate strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document detailed requirements, and analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
•Work with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system optimizations, and new technology solutions.
•Coordinate relationships between business units, IT teams, and external providers, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Drive change management activities to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
•Oversee project planning, scheduling, and tracking, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validations.
•Define KPIs, monitor project results, and prepare reports and executive presentations for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
•University degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
•5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in similar roles, with proven familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies.
•Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and emerging digital solutions.
•Fluency in English (the usual working language) and Spanish.
Nice to have
•Previous experience in digital transformation projects in the insurance or financial sector.
•Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) or waterfall project management.
•Experience defining business KPIs associated with data or AI models.
