About the Role
You will design and deliver an internal-events strategy. You will plan events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. You will maintain relationships with venues and service providers, support internal hosts at the headquarters, and ensure events meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements
•At least 6 years of experience including 3 years as an Event Manager or in a similar role
•Organizational and project-management skills
•Communication and interpersonal skills
•Network of trusted Paris vendors and venues
•Fluency in English and French
Responsibilities
•Design and execute an internal-events strategy
•Plan and manage events from start to finish

•Act as the primary contact for internal teams hosting events at headquarters
